Kyle practices Family Law exclusively. Kyle has extensive courtroom experience (dealing primarily with parenting, child support, spousal support, and property) and prides himself on taking a resolution-based approach on all matters. He is a member of the Durham Region Lawyers’ Association, did Duty Counsel and Family Law Information Centre (FLIC) work for many years, and was part of the Luke’s Place Pro Bono Legal Clinic for over a decade.

Kyle received an Honours Bachelor of Arts from King’s College in 2003 and a Master of Arts from the University of Western Ontario in 2004. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2009 and was called to the bar in 2010.
